Travel weary soldiers

We left Orlando at 6:30 on Tuesday night (11:30 p.m. Dublin time). We arrived in Dublin at 7:30 a.m. (2:30 a.m. Orlando time). We then secured our rental car and headed to the lovely harbour town of Ballycastle in Northern Ireland. It was about a five hour drive and we were stone tired when we arrived. We headed to the harbour for a hearty lunch of housemade soup and grilled sandwiches and then retired to our room in the charming b & b. Fell asleep at 4:00 p.m. and slept until 7:30 a.m. - sweet restorative sleep. Today we will drive the Causeway Coastal Road and visit the Giant's Causeway and Dunluce Castle. It has been sunny for the past couple weeks, but alas, the Manwarings (sans Zedeks) have arrived, so as you might imagine, it is overcast with light occasional rain. Nevertheless, it is mercifully cool and we are most thankful for this respite from the recent brutally warm Florida temperatures.
