From Vero to Orlando to Newark to Shannon to Cleggan

It's been quite a journey. From Vero until we checked into our cottage took roughly twenty four hours. Luckily, all went smoothly and we are very pleased with our cottage and all arrangements so far. We stayed up throughout yesterday, but hit the sack at 5:30 p.m. Irish time - and slept until 7:00 a.m. this morning! Kay, Candee's mom, has been a trooper - tired when we arrived, but fully restored this morning. As you can see from the accompanying picture, Carol is making friends quickly - as she always does - and almost talked the pilot into letting her "sit up front." Carol corrects me as I write - the pilot invited her - she was shy and reluctant to be the center of attention. The other picture is a view from our cottage - just breathtaking. The weather has been beautiful - cool, crisp, and clear.
